Chem-Craft Products returns policy
From the minute you place your order with us, we hope you will be 100% happy with Chem-Craft Products and Services. However, if you do need to return an item, we will be very happy to help.
Consumer rights
Due to the specificity of the products offered on our website, we use the relevant consumer law based on Polish law. We are talking here about the act on consumer rights. Article 38, 1) point 1-3 & 6 -Due to its specificity, the goods are excluded from the right of return after delivery to the customer. Information about the act you can find here
Returns procedure
Buyer may return Products only at its sole cost and only with the prior written authorization of Seller.
Upon receipt of your email or phone call, our customer service team will contact you to advise you of the next step. Goods must be returned in unused and saleable condition within 30 days of contacting our customer service team.
In case of Return the Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with delivering the goods until the shipment arrives at the agreed-upon location.
Condition of returns
At the time of delivery, please check the condition of the package and its contents in the presence of the courier and sign the delivery note. Please note if any defect is caused by the courier service you have to mark it in the delivery note. Then you have 5 working days to report the defect to Chem-craft.
Please bear in mind that all defects or issues that have not been reported in the delivery note can not be the subject of complaints and returns policy and will not be considered neither by the transportation company nor Chem-craft.
Processing refunds
Refunds received in line with the guidelines detailed on this page will be processed within 14 days after returned goods reach our warehouse.
Exchanges
If you have received the wrong item/s and the fault is ours, we will collect your delivery and arrange re-delivery of the correct items as quickly as possible. In this case Seller covers transportation costs.
If you have made an error in your order and would like to arrange an exchange, our customer service team is here to help. Please note: in this case Buyer will be responsible for any additional postage and administration costs.
Cancellations and amendments prior to delivery
Due to personalized offer and services current orders can not be cancelled or amended if they enter the production stage. In case you need to change your order before production stage please contact our customer service team ([email protected]) who will process your request.
Exceptions
We are not able to accept the return of made-to-order or personalized products, unless in the event of a quality issue.
Claims
Notification of non delivery of any consignment of goods must be made to us by the buyer, its servants or agents in writing within 10 days from receipt of goods.
The buyer is advised to inspect goods immediately upon arrival. Any claim for a failure of the goods to be in accordance with the contract which ought to be revealed by a reasonably diligent examination must be notified to us in writing within 5 working days of receipt of such goods. If no such notice is received within 5 working days the goods will be deemed to be in all respect in accordance with the contract and the buyer will be bound to accept and pay for them.
